Program Description
Few fundraising efforts will succeed without support from at least a few board members.  The ‘positional authority' a board member brings can help advance relationships with key prospects and existing donors.  This interactive session will help address setting reasonable expectations of your board, the division of responsibilities between staff and board volunteers, ways to identify (and engage) at least a few people that are willing to help.
