This committee is responsible for developing a slate of nominees for the board of directors. The committee seeks to provide candidates that would add balance, diversity, and expertise to the board. The President-elect serves as an ad hoc member of the committee. The immediate past President serves as chair and is responsible for recruiting the committee members.
