Volunteers are Needed
People come and go from those committees as the demand on their time changes, and each year we find ourselves needing new volunteers to keep those committees fresh and vibrant.
If you would like to become more involved with CPGR, we urge you to explore joining one of our committees. You can choose from large committees, like the Symposium Committee, or small committees, like Sponsorship. Some committees have monthly meeteings, other work purely via email and phone. The volunteers do everything from writing brochures to soliciting sponsors, from securing locations for events to passing out materials at those events. There is truly a job for everyone. No matter what your experience is, we would love to have your help.
Click here for a list of our committees, who runs those committees and a little bit about what they do. If you are interested in helping out, please contact Tina at CPGR@msn.com.
If you are interested in serving in a leadership position within CPGR, typically all of our board members come from the committees. So if you are not on a committee, it's time to join! If you are on a committee and think you are interested in joining the Board, just let Tina know, and she will pass your name on to the nominating committee.
