CPGR has a number of volunteer opportunities available to anyone interesting in lending a hand. This is a great way to get involved with the Roundtable. If you are interested in serving on one of our many committees please contact Tina Drum at
info@cpgr.org. Below is a short description of each of our committees.
2007 CPGR Committees
Brown Bags
This small group educational series is designed for people who are new to planned giving.
Finance and Investment
Our association of professionals is only as good as what we can afford for our members. Finance specifically monitors our budgeting process for all of our member's programs and assures its volunteer board that the monies raised for our educational opportunities is safe, well spent and appropriately recorded. Our ambition is to continue serving our membership, our every growing membership, with the very best of personal and professional growth/educational opportunities. Our solid and safe financial position assures the delivery of that promise.
LEAVE A LEGACY®
The primary
goal of LEAVE A LEGACY® is to help potential
donors better understand how an estate gift
can profoundly impact a favored non-profit organization.
Through such understanding, we hope to increase
both the quantity and quality of estate or "planned"
gifts. LEAVE A LEGACY® also represents a relationship
between individual donors, non-profit professionals,
and for-profit advisors.
The primary work of the committee is to design
and implement a public awareness campaign through
various media and in partnership with our community
partners. A website link has been developed
to provide basic information to donors and community
partners. We invite you to visit our website
by clicking on the LEAVE A LEGACY® link on the
top navigation bar above
